NPC-2: Queen Beanyonce

"Welcome to the castle, friend. Is there perhaps some way I can assist you? There is much to do, but I am always happy to listen."

The Queen of the Jellybean Dragon kingdom. She oversees government affairs, makes public appearances at parades, kisses babies, the works. Her job isn't easy, but she seems to love it wholeheartedly, happily rewarding citizens that do good deeds and help others selflessly. As the only Jellybean Dragon that still retains the magic of their draconic ancestors, she feels it is her sworn duty to use that power to help her citizens however she possibly can. She is elegant, regal, and sometimes worldweary- but she has a much lesser known mischievous and silly side that only rarely appears. 

She and Dare don't get along (the Queen actually gets quite huffy if Dare is mentioned in her presence) but they seem to know each other very well.
