NPC-20: Scooter

One of the orphans being cared for by Bronagh, Scooter is a business-minded young bean that can often be seen handing out copies of his homemade newspaper in exchange for tokens. He's well cared for at the home, but finds that Bronagh can't give him quite as much of an allowance as he'd really like. Once he collects plenty of tokens, he spends them all at the local arcade, trying to get high scores on all the latest games.
