NPC-3: Dare

"If you aren't with me... you're against me. Unfortunately for you, that's a very dangerous position to be in."

A mysterious bean that rules his criminal empire from the shadows of Lentilia. He's older than he looks, and has the suave and genteel mannerisms one would expect from an older bean; however, this polite front tends to crumble as he gets angry. These vicious outbursts only seem to get worse the more he modifies himself with his experimental Mutation Potions. He's always changing the recipe and testing it on himself, seemingly with some kind of goal in mind.

He can't stand the Queen, and is quick to snap at any lackey of his that dares to talk about her in front of him. Despite this apparent hatred, he seems to have some kind of history with her, and is deeply envious of her magical ability.
