    • Emails are only collected by us when users wish to monetarily purchase specific items, but only if the user provides it to us themselves. We do not use this information for advertising purposes.
  • Your deviantart account
    • Your deviantart account is automatically attached to your account when you register and is used for account verification and character ownership purposes. Other users on this website can see this information publically. We do not have access to your deviantart account or information regarding that account's login information.
  • Content you submit to our website, such as artwork, characters, and prompts.
    • We do not own the rights to the intellectual property you post.
  • Your site activity
    • We create logs based on this to track species functions, like prompt submissions, purchases and updates to characters. 
    • Specific logs (such as timestamps) can be seen by any user.
  • Any information you choose to provide
    • As this is a public site, please be mindful of the things you post that could result in your personal information being found. We reserve the right to delete anything that jepordizes an individuals safety.

CHILD PRIVACY

• You must be 16 years or older to sign up for our website.
  • Accounts owned by users under 16 years of age will be locked until the user is old enough to join.
  • Minors must have parental permission to join.
  • Minors must have parental permission for any monetary purchases they make through Jellybean Dragons.

Email and COMMUNICATIONS

• We do not use user's emails to send site updates, ads, newsletters, spam, or anything of that nature.   
  • We may use outside contact information (namely deviantart and discord) in the case of ownership or payment issues.

Questions and modifying data

• If you have questions or concerns about the privacy policy please contact a staff member at the earliest convience.
• You may change your personal information at anytime in your account settings. 
  
  • If you wish to delete your account for any reason, contact a staff member.

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any point if we deem it neccisary. Any updates will be done so publicly and immediately so all users are aware of the changes.
